 Good morning everyone! I would like to let everyone know that TwitterScriptOSX 1.2 has been released! TwitterScriptOSX is an AppleScript which helps integrate the world of OSX with Twitter. It allow you to do everything from tweeting your current iTunes song, share photos from iPhoto, a link in Safari, or even video that you are editing in Quicktime. TwitterScript makes it as easy as two clicks in your menubar, thanks to AppleScript!
Changes for this version include:
* Update - New single script interface!
* Fixed - Auto FollowFriday selecting same user twice
* Added - Shorten track and artist name when tweeting iTunes Track
* Fixed - Bug when differentiating between Quicktime Player in 10.6
* Added - Auto FollowFriday will now only appear on Friday
* Removed - Ability to tweet stories from NetNewsWire
* Fixed - Bug when iTunes Track has no artist name
* Fixed - Bug when using AdvancedLingo on 140+ characters in QuickTweet

TwitterScriptOSX is a collection of AppleScripts which help integrate the world of OSX with Twitter. They allow you to do everything from tweeting your current iTunes song, sharing photos from iPhoto, a link in Safari, or even video that you are editing in Quicktime. TwitterScript makes it as easy as two clicks in your menubar, thanks to AppleScript!
Changes for this version include:
* Fixed bug when tweets contain & symbol
* Changed dialog for too long tweets in Tweet Song
* Fixed bug where tweet was still attempted even if it was over 140 characters
* Changed advancedLingo property to use tweetShort
* Added preference for default number of FollowFriday choices
* Added firstlisten hashtag to tracks that have never been listened to before

ASObject, the AppleScript library, has been updated to version 0.7. The changes for each version include:
0.7
* Added bit.ly URL shortening... requires username and api key!
* Removed Set_Twitter_Status method
* Removed Set_Facebook_Status method
* Ability to auto-install updates via check_for_update method
* Added minimumOS key to update plist (optional key)
* Added Get_Option_Down method (10.5 and earlier)
* Removed Mail method (use mailsend binary instead)
* Removed Mail_sendmail method (use mailsend binary instead)
* Added SHA1_Hash method
* Added Make_Trim method
* Added Remove_Quotes method

ASObject, the AppleScript library, has been updated to versions 0.6.5 and 0.5.4. The changes for each version include:

* Bug fixes in Make_IsGd method
* Bug fixes in Make_TinyURL method
* Using System Events for Is_Running method
* Kill_Process now returns string value
* Removed if statement if update for ASObject is not available!
* Bug fixes in New_Plist method under 10.4
